As I said to YODA, the 75 for 75 list is a little different than what you've done here with the Spuds, but it's interesting to compare nonetheless.
C - Antonio Hernandez (#13) is the highest rank for the franchise over #40 Gregory Welliver.  Hernandez played 2001-2008 for Connecticut.  So depending on whether you are looking at the all-time Spuds player or the all-time franchise player.
1B - Candelaria is ranked #52 and Malagon is ranked #9.  However, the larger portion of Malagon's career was for Nova Scotia, so I see why you'd make that pick.  I've got Walt Geldorf as the best 1B to ever wear a Spuds uniform (but he played for the Spuds only late in his career).
2B - Hesse comes in at #5 on the 75/75 list.  Antonio Molina is just short of the list at #76.
3B - Robles is #16.  Joe Murphy is #32.  Best ranked 3B to ever wear a Spuds uniform is Jose Chavero (#3), who again only played late in his career

I won't comment yet on the other positions since I haven't revealed the rankings for them, but I will say I have a few names in different places.  I'll have to check it if it's because the players split their careers between Spuds and other places.

Yeah I went with all-time franchise and definitely leaned heavily toward players who played a good deal or all of their career with the Spuds.

Some random notes:
-- Walker got the nod in RF due to him having a pretty decent long career (Hawking was better player but wasn't with team for super long time). Plus Walker was one of my fave players.
- I'd imagine Salazar at his current pace/production should over take Kahle soon
- Malagon was definitely the better player at 1b, but Candy was another long-time consistent player and fan favorite
- Jose Alou's career longevity was pretty amazing. I stuck with him in his late 30's/early 40's to get the saves record but he was good up until 38.
- I've got a pretty darn good rotation right now and they'd be hard pressed to come close to the Smith/Beaman/San Juan trio.
- Second base has been a consistently challenging position for me...
- In LF, Munemori Ogiwara would have been in serious contention if it weren't for Salazar. He was a beast when it came to counting stats

Players I wish I didn't trade so soon:
- Kevin Smith
- Bill Newbold
- Bill Hawking
- Cliff Butter
