It's interesting that Ben Lamela didn't win MVP when he won the Johnson Award and had a 1.54 ERA (best in Rams history) in 2014.  Of course, that same year, Clarence McNatt had a 1.64 ERA.  Neither of them could match Tyson Bacon's 30 Win Shares.

We've also had 5 seasons where a pitcher has won 20 games.  None of them won team MVP that season.

The year Ron Guinan won the FFL Ruth award, he didn't win team MVP -- I gave that to Tom Galaxy, who won a batting title, hit 51 doubles and drove in and scored a bunch of runs.

It just seems to happen more with pitchers than hitters (that I look them over for MVP honors).

Ben Lamela (going to be in the Hall of Fame) and Clarence McNatt (is in the Hall of Fame) only have a combined 3 MVP awards.

To keep things neat and tidy, I've decided to just throw my MVPs here rather than post individual threads.  It's hard to track that way anyway.

The 2028 Rams MVP, to no ones surprise is Dale Couch (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/catobase/players/c/couchdale406.html)!  The man had an amazing season.  He had the second best season of any Ram ever in each of the following categories: Slugging (.614), OPS (1.018), Hits (202 - Not one season in the top 10 occurred past 2009), and Total Bases (363).  He also had the highest On-Base Percentage of any Ram not named Tyson Bacon.  Congrats!

And for a 4th straight year, Dale Couch (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_2424.html) is the team MVP.  In a very disappointing season, he was a huge rock in our lineup.

The 2031 Team MVP Award goes to Dale Couch!  The man never stops.  Another brilliant year from the Couch-Man (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_2424.html)!  He even won the Bacon Award!

The 2032 Team MVP Award goes to Gustavo Vizcaino (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_2560.html)!  In a down (and injured year) for Couch which probably cost us a spot in the playoffs, Vizcaino had his best year as a Ram.

This is no surprise, as Dale Couch (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_2424.html) led the whole NPBL in Home Runs, RBI, Runs, Total Bases, Slugging, OPS, Isolated Power.  He also led the GEL in Hits, Intentional Walks, Runs Created, Runs Created per 27 outs, and VORP.  He didn't just lead those categories, he was in his own level of awesomeness (at least in the GEL).  Couch was up .100 points on the next best in the GEL category in slugging and isolated power, he had almost 100 more total bases than the next highest total in the GEL, and you could craft a pretty good starter on any team with the difference in homeruns (22) between what Couch had (63) and the next highest in the GEL (41).  He was flat out the most dominant player in the NPBL Great Explorers League.

Just to give you an idea of how amazing this season was.  Couch broke the record for most Total Bases in a season (he broke the record by 2, held by himself) and he broke the record for RBI in a season by 4 (held by both Glen Mallory and Bill Dickie).

With apologies to Jeffrey Albin, who had another fantastic season (I still have no idea where he came from).  Season's like Couch's don't come around very often.  For a 2 time (and probably 3 time) Bacon Award winner, that's saying something.

As the team went down the drain this season, the one constant on a battered and inconsistent pitching staff was Samuel Strawn (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_2561.html).  It wasn't his best season, but it was one of the best for a team that had much higher expectations than they lived up to.

A familiar face for the Colorado Rams team MVP this season.  The one and only, Dale Couch (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_2424.html).  This wasn't one of his MVP type seasons, but he's still mashing with 40 homers and 129 RBI.  He led the team in Slugging, OPS, Hits, Total Bases, Singles, Home Runs, and RBI.

Apologies to Dale Couch (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_2424.html) (who was injured for a combined 6 1/2 weeks this year, yet put up another stellar year) and Panic Mesick (who won more games than any season in his career), but the 2038 Colorado Rams MVP goes to rookie Jose Lontos (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_1755.html).  He had been solid, but not stellar in the minor leagues and turned in the finest performance of any Ram this season.

Another year where Dale Couch's injuries put him on the sideline for a big chunk of the year left the door wide open for Kaz Sato (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_8961.html) to slide right in and take the 2039 Colorado Rams team MVP.  It wasn't quite enough to make the playoffs though, as the team lost 21 of its last 30 games to squander its chances of reaching the postseason.

Congrats to Robinson Gonzalez (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_8712.html), one of the few lone bright spots for this years team.

In a year in which he hit his 600th homerun and scored his 1500th career run, Dale Couch (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_2424.html) wins the 2041 Colorado Rams MVP.  This puts him one up on Tyson Bacon for total number of team MVPs in Rams history.

Couch was one of the lone bright spots in a very poor year for the Rams.  This was surprising because of the injury troubles he has had throughout the past three years.  But he showed that he hasn't lost too much hitting 48 home runs, the most since he hit 61 in 2035.

Despite playing only 123 games, Robinson Gonzalez (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_8712.html) wins the team MVP for 2042 as he was the lone bright spot on a team that lost more games than any other Ram team in the history of the franchise.  He had a great season going for him when he was injured on the second to last day of August and was done for the season.

The biggest stat that shows how much Gonzalez meant is this:
After the injury, the Rams played 33 games.... and won just 4 of them.

Come back soon!  I don't want another 4-29 stretch.

With apologies to center fielder Robinson Gonzalez (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_8712.html) (who had an outstanding year, this years MVP goes to the only guy who was anywhere near consistent on the mound - Mr. Anastasio Betancourt (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_4403.html).  He was the only starter with more than 10 wins and he was also the only starter who actually had a winning record.

Not too bad for a 5th round pick.

Hmmm... I missed a year.

The Colorado Rams 2045 MVP, was, without question, rookie Evan Dixon (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_9386.html).  Dixon exploded onto the scene with a .357/35/115 line that catapulted the Rams into the upper echelon of teams in the GEL (where we finished second and lost to Minnesota (who were a better team than us) in the League Championship in 4 games).

The next year, 2046, was not as kind to the Rams.  Dixon missed the majority of the year with a torn anterior cruciate ligament, we dealt with multiple injuries to other key players, yet we still managed to finish in second place.  Of course, we were then defeated in 6 games by Louisiana in the first round of the playoffs.  Louisiana stayed hot and went on to the League Championship, where they lost to eventual champion Kansas.

With that said, James Denby (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_3709.html) wins the award in 2046.  Without the pitching of our staff, we never would have gone as far as we did.  Denby's numbers weren't stellar, but he was so consistent and so good the last 2 months of the season (8-0 with a 1.99 ERA).

Robinson Gonzalez (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_8712.html) is on a downward arc of his career, but his 2047 year was one of his (and the leagues) best.  This passed year (2048), his numbers took a bit of a nosedive.  Here's hoping he can regain his form...

The 2049 team MVP is Evan Dixon (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_9386.html).  He was all over the league leaderboards this year: 7th is Total Bases, 5th in Homeruns, 9th in RBI, 4th in runs, 6th in walks, 3rd in extra base hits, 5th in average, 3rd in OBP, and 1st in SLG.  He's got a very good chance at being the MVP of the league (or at least in the discussion).  Too bad our team bowed out of the playoffs in 4 games.

The 2050 Colorado Rams MVP can go to no one else but Evan Dixon (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_9386.html).  Dude needs a nickname, because he's been amazing recently.

As this is being written before the awards are handed out, it's not official (well, now it is), but Dixon is very likely the MVP of the GEL this year.  3rd in Hits, Total Bases, Home Runs, 1st in RBI, Extra Base Hits, Average, OBP, AND Slugging.  He posted the Highest VORP and WAR this year as well.  How can he NOT be MVP of the team?

The 2051 Colorado Rams MVP is...

C - Ron Moore (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_10014.html)

In very much a down year for the Rams, he led the team in Home Runs and RBI and just generally played great.

2052

During a year in which someone turned the lights out on our offense (Out of 12 teams, we were 10th in Batting Average, 11th in Hits, 9th in Extra Base Hits... though, we were 3rd in Home Runs, 1st in Stolen Bases, and 5th in Runs Scored), the only real option was a pitcher.  Our team pitching was fairly mediocre this year, but Justin McCullough (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_10614.html) pitched REALLY well.  Unfortunately, in what may have been his last start of the regular season, he injured his shoulder - taking our number 1 pitcher out for the playoffs.  We somehow managed to get by Kansas in the first round of the Playoffs, but New Mexico was just too much in the 2nd round.

As he was by far our best player this year (with apologies to Joshua Rivers who had an outstanding year in our infield this year), so he is this years Colorado Rams MVP.

In a bit of a down year for the Rams, Eric Cline (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_10243.html) get the MVP nod.  2nd on the team in average, 1st in home runs, and 2nd in RBI gets him the honor over Ron Moore (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_10014.html) and Eric Mercer (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_8448.html) who both had fairly decent years.

Catchers aren't supposed to get better as they age, right?  How on earth did a 33 year old catcher have the best year of his career?  The man in question is of course Ron Moore (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_10014.html).  He was second in the league in Home Runs and Slugging Percentage and was just an offensive all star for this team.

We're really scraping the bottom of the barrel for this one, folks.  With a team that has lost more games just once in its existence, there wasn't much to choose from as far as who was the team MVP.  But since we have to give it to someone, we'll give it to Arthur Crawford (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_10023.html).  Now don't get me wrong, the man had a fabulous year, but he didn't exactly have a lot of competition.  He was just a stalwart in our bullpen taking care of the middle innings.

And for the third time in 6 years, this years Colorado Rams MVP goes to our catcher, Ron Moore (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_10014.html).  Moore keeps chugging along, putting up solid seasons.  The latest, at 36, could arguably be called the best of his career.  He won the teams triple crown with a .290 average, 24 homeruns, and 84 RBI.

In what was the 2nd worst performance by a Rams team ever (yes, there was a team that performed worse than this one, if you can believe it), there really wasn't much for the fans to cheer about.  There was no real clear choice for team MVP, as no one really played all that well.  So we're giving it to Relief Pitcher, Carlos Alonzo (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_3404.html).  He led the team in ERA for anyone pitching over 30 innings.  He also led the team in Opponents Average.  Here's to a brighter future!

The tide is rising.

In just his second year in the league, Raul Perez (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_4596.html) wins this years Colorado Rams MVP.  He led the team in Wins, ERA, and was second on the team in strikeouts.  A former top prospect, he's leading the charge of the flood of talent that will join the team in the coming years.

Our upward rise continues.  Surprisingly, the team made the playoffs this year, and a big reason for that was for this year's team MVP, Richard Samuels (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_11407.html).  Samuels led the team in Homeruns and RBI and was second on the team in average.  He also is getting real play for the league Tyson Bacon Award.  He won't win, but currently sits in a healthy third place in the voting.  The best part...

He's just 26 years old!

Our one year playoff run was fleeting.  Our team was just 2 games out of a playoff spot this season, but I can't see how we don't improve in the future with a lot of our young guys ready to make it to the next level.  The team MVP this year goes to one of those new kids, Larry Pearson (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_11520.html).  Peason is a guy, even when I drafted him, that can't take a walk to save his life.  He had single digit walks!  He also only had 62 strikeouts, so either the league hasn't realized that he'll swing at anything or he really can hit anything.  Pearson led the team in Average and RBI (tied with our catcher, Albert Neal, who also had an outstanding season), and was second in homeruns (to Neal).  It'll be interesting to see if this was a one year wonder thing or if he has a lot more in store for us.

We also should give honorable mentions this year to:
SP - Raul Perez - 18 wins
C - Albert Neal - Like I said above, this guy crushed this year
SS - Terrence Perez - Another rookie.  27 homeruns
2B - Magpie Foster - Just doing his thing.  .300-21-80 and he's only 23
CF - Richard Samuels - Down year compared to last season, but still .245-25-82

Back in the playoffs.  I think we're just at the beginning of a good streak by this club.  Though, at the beginning of the year, the teams #1 prospect, SP Lee Manning went down with a career ending injury.  Great year by the club though.  We lost to California in the first round of the playoffs.

Larry Pearson (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_11520.html) is again our MVP this year.  He followed up his rookies year with an equal to that year (albiet a little different).  I can't wait to see what this guy does.

Honorable Mentions to both SP Raul Perez (17-8, 3.04 ERA) and Magpie Foster (who is the same age as Pearson, but just finished his 5th year - .322/26/95)

Another first round exit out of the playoffs.  This year we had the second best record in the league.  So things are looking up.  We just have to get our playoff engines running a little earlier next year.

Larry Pearson (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_11520.html) again wins the award for this team having a similar year to the one that he had last year.  The guy can flat out hit.  He won the team triple crown.

For the first time since 2016, the Colorado Rams made it to the Championship Series... and we were swept in 4 games by the Pennsylvania Freedom.

Larry Pearson (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_11520.html) makes it 4 years in a row as team MVP.  He was second in Average and first in both Homeruns and RBI on the team.

Pearson also hit .257 with 7 homers and 19 RBI throughout the playoffs.  Both the homers and RBI led the team.

Another season with high hopes, and they were dashed at the end with a 4-1 GEL Championship Series loss to Kansas.  Ugh.

Magpie Foster (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_11411.html) was the man this year.  Apologies to Juan Pagan and Larry Pearson, but Magpie continues his upward trajectory.  For a guy who is in his 7th season at only 26 years old, he still has a ways to climb (I hope).  Magpie was a legit MVP candidate this year, leading the NPBL in batting average and was 3rd in RBI.  Obviously he had excellent teammates to help him out, but this man deserves the praise right now.

2065

The year it finally came together.  As the little news story said, this team's motto for the season was "Win or Die Trying."  I've been waiting for that for a long time.  2016 to 2065.  49 years since the team last won a championship.  It's been almost exactly 10 real world years since I last won a championship (it was pre-start of this thread).  The date of the sim the last time the Rams won the championship was March 31st, 2006.

That was a long time in coming.

With that said, there are so many guys on this team that made huge contributions.  What about Magpie Foster and his .322/43/121 line and his 6.4 WAR?  What about Larry Pearson with his .303/34/128 line?  Or Lawrence Sanders who most likely will win the Bick Horzon Award and had a big 3-run homerun in the clinching game of the Championship Series?  Or Raul Perez who went 21-12 and 3-1 in the playoffs?  Or Tom Cannon who lit the world on fire during the playoffs pitching twice in the championship series picking up both wins and had a 1.42 ERA?

But no, the Colorado Rams MVP this year was 26 year old Andre Beauregard (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_11656.html).  18-6.  2.92 ERA  He led the team in ERA and K's.  On top of that, he pitched 6 times in the playoffs going 4-0 (though the team lost the other two games he pitched... he only let up one run in 6 and 7 innings pitched respectively) with a 1.27 ERA.  Just to give you a taste, the last time he pitched this season in game 4 of the Championship Series, he went 7 innings, had 5 K's, gave up just 1 hit, and zero runs.  Thea team won 2-0.

So proud of this team!

After a great campaign in 2065, this team floundered a bit.  They did enough to make it to the playoffs, but then got bounced in the first round.

With that said, and with apologies to Raul Perez (17-4 with a 2.44 ERA, 2nd in the league in ERA and 3rd in Complete Games), the clear MVP of this season is Larry Pearson (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_11520.html).

.360/.369/.611 AVG/OBP/SLG
41 Homers and 142 RBI
League MVP (I think... the game gave it to him, but not sure if we voted him in or not)
Won both the fielding and hitting award for his position

The guy was a beast.

I had a lot of hope this season, but then Wisconsin quickly dashed our hopes in a big upset in our first series of the postseason (They beat New Mexico in the first round while we had a bye).  We had some great performances though.

Tom Cannon went 20-5 with a 2.37 ERA and was very close to winning team MVP.
Larry Pearson went .328/24/83 to follow up his MONSTER 2066 season.
Lawrence Sanders went .282/21/66 which doesn't really show how good he was this year.
Richard Samuels went .302/.408/.498 and acquired just as much WAR as the team MVP, who is...

Magpie Foster (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_11411.html)

Foster was tied for 3rd in the league in WAR with Samuels.

He led the league in Hits, Total Bases, Doubles, Extra Base Hits, and Runs Created.  He also had the team Triple Crown leading the team with a .317/27/104 line.

Another great season!

I think this team is on more on the downside of the mountain than I thought.  We finished the year with a mediocre 81-81 record and a loss in the first round of the playoffs.  I'm hoping for a bounceback next year...

But one bright spot was (with apologies to Tony Gutierrez (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_8988.html) (15-7, 2.64), the MVP of the team this year was first year Ram Diego Santana (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_10326.html).  Over the offseason, we made a trade with Utah giving up a bunch of our draft picks and some good players for 3 players: Bois (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_5016.html) was good at catcher, though he was hurt for part of the year, Magalaes (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_3697.html) was solid but unspectacular, but Santana was the cream of the crop.

Just 26 years old, the guy mashed.  .301/27/91  He won the team's triple crown this year, having the best year of his career so far.

We missed the playoffs for the first time since 2060.   :(

We didn't have a whole lot of bright spots.  We traded Diego Santana midseason and got Robbie McDowell in return and he went 6-2 for us with 18 total wins on the year.

The beacon of light for this team and team MVP was catcher Silas Elliott (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_11391.html).   He led the team in RBI with 69 (what?) and was second in average with .273.

Dark times for the Colorado Rams.  We are in full rebuild mode right now, finishing 66-96, our worst record in 12 years.  Our pitching was absolute  :-X, but we had a few bright spots on offense.

Silas Elliott (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_11391.html) keeps swinging it at 34 years old.  .282/12/69

25 year old Michale Knapp has emerged on the scene.  In his rookie year, he hit .264/27/84.  It's too bad he came around right at the wrong time.

This years MVP though, goes to Larry Pearson (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_11520.html), who is now a 6-time winner of this team award.  Only Hall of Famers, Dale Couch and Tyson Bacon have won the award more often.  He led the team in Hits, Doubles, Average, and Slugging.

Yikes!  42 wins this year, so we don't have a lot of talent to flaunt at the moment.  The best player on our team was traded mid-season (Mark Stanley (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_3957.html) who put up 2.2 WAR before he was traded to Virginia).

This year though, Alonso Garcia (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_4743.html) ripped the league up.  His value is mostly tied up in his incredible defense, but he had more than twice the amount of WAR on anyone else on our team.  Unfortunately, things aren't looking up in the very near future for the team.

We had but two bright spots this year.  One being this years team MVP, Juan "One Dog" Silva (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_12071.html), the other being Michael Knapp (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_12811.html).  Both of these guys are relatively young and nice pieces to an absolutely dreadful team.  the 65-97 Colorado Rams are still bad and have a few more years of this before some of their younger talent starts to blossom.  Unforunately for Silva and Knapp, they most likely will be too old to make any meaningful contributions once that starts happening.

Silva led the team in average, was third in homeruns and RBI, and he played outstanding defense.

There really isn't much to say about this team right now.  We weren't very good (worst record in the league), we have one of the better farm systems (though, I don't know how much of that talent will actually pan out), and we are just really old.

The Rams MVP this year was Starting Pitcher,
Juan Martinez (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_12163.html).  He didn't have much to work with, but somehow came away with over 10 wins.  He led the team in Wins, ERA, and Strikeouts.

Sad state of affairs here in Colorado where we finished 49-113, a dubious feet that the team has plunged to only three times before in the teams history.  So there isn't much that I can say about this team or this MVP as there wasn't much to work with.

The MVP this year was rookie Leonard McCarthy (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_10438.html).  He was second in average and homeruns and first in RBI.  It's sad when your team MVP has numbers like this: .232/10/59.  Hope help comes from the farm soon.

Another bottom of the barrel finish for the Rams.  53-109.  I guess there is improvement.  We do have the 5th rated farm system at this point, though for a team that has had a top 10 pick in the last 5 or so drafts, you'd think our farm system would be better than it is. I guess the rebuild will take longer than expected.

This year's MVP won our team's triple crown. I am not talking about Hubert Russell (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_8627.html) who took home the team triple crown for pitchers: 11-15, 3.61 ERA, 124 Ks. I am talking about Barney Mason (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_8280.html), who is this years Rams MVP.

His team Triple Crown numbers: .264/.305/.483, 30 HRs, 86 RBI.

The less we talk about this season the better. The Rams had a 38-124 finish, the worst in team history. Our team MVP is the best of a bad bunch of players. Thankfully, we have the 2nd highest rated farm system at the moment. So hope might be on the way.

The team MVP this year is Juan Silva (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_12071.html). This is his second team MVP, but a much worse season. Here's the numbers, because this team really shouldn't be spoken about too much.

Our team is starting to turn the corner. We started out as one of the worst teams in the league this year, but will have the 9th pick in the draft this upcoming spring. The majority of this improvement came down to two guys. Our SS Chipshot Jones (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_6221.html) and this years team MVP, Leonard McCarthy (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_10438.html). It was a tough choice between these two. Roughly the same WAR, and they were the top two in pretty much all the categories. Leonard had a better slugging percentage and Chipshot had more stolen bases and both played the hardest positions on the field, CF and SS respectively. But I felt McCarthy deserved it more this year.

This team is making moves though. We have a lot of talent (particularly pitchers) in the high minors and we have the #1 rated minor league system. The Rams are coming!

I have no idea how it was calculated, but somehow a guy who had 7 homeruns and 44 RBI, who walked 37 times and had an On Base Percentage of less than .340 accumulated 6 WAR. I have to make him my team MVP, right?

Oscar Spencer (http://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_12133.html), come on down!

Three very big positives for Spencer:

One, the guy can run.  He led the GEL in stolen bases.

Two, the man can hit (softly). He was tied for the league lead in singles. In the supressed offensive age that we are in in the NPBL, a .284 average is fifth best in the league.

(Speaking of suppressed offense, the FFL has a lot more offense than the GEL. It's close, but they have the major league leader in almost all the categories).

Three, he's really good at playing defense. 3 errors the whole year. 21 assists. +18.2 Zone rating.

Big Steps for the Rams. Slowly becoming a team not to be messed with.

Our team is slowly getting better, having just missed the playoffs this year. Hopefully we'll see continued improvement.

This years team MVP was Jose Medina (https://npblbaseball.com/npbl/reports/news/html/players/player_6634.html). After pitching well out of the bullpen the past two years, he exploded onto the scene this year taking home the team's pitching triple crown.
